An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and customer-focused Client Coordinator to join a leading wedding company. This role focuses on supporting clients, coordinating wedding-related services, and ensuring excellent communication throughout the event planning process. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact for clients, assisting with wedding coordination, inquiries, and service arrangements. You will help ensure every couple receives a smooth and memorable experience while supporting the team in delivering high-quality wedding events. Freshers are encouraged to apply, as full guidance and training will be provided.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding wedding services and packages
  • Coordinate schedules, bookings, and client requests
  • Support event planning and execution for weddings hosted by the company
  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and clear information
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Assist the team in delivering exceptional wedding experiences
  • Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns efficiently

Requirements:

  • Fluency and proficiency in English (mandatory)
