Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate timely and effective communication between relevant departments to ensure seamless operational continuity
  • Manage the accurate updating and secure storage of records in full alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain and update CRM databases, ensuring all client contracts, terms, and conditions are current and precisely reflected
  • Cultivate and sustain a professional rapport with both internal teams and external corporate clients
  • Collaborate with diverse departments to monitor and ensure that all protocols are followed in compliance with internal company standards
  • Work in close cooperation with the Legal Department regarding the management and verification of terms and conditions for external clients

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in contract management/ sales back office
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous experience in a similar position, preferably in a complex commercial environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English & Greek (written and verbal)
  • Tech savviness with excellent command of MS Office suite
  • Proven experience and superior skills in customer service, with an emphasis on professional etiquette and stakeholder satisfaction
