Within the boutique team, your main mission will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, while contributing actively to the boutique’s performance and supporting the development of the team.
Job Responsibility
Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the entire client journey, from pre-sales to after-sales
Contributing actively to the boutique performance and ensuring a strong brand representation
Supporting product and brand promotion by executing assigned actions within defined timelines and objectives
Applying best practices on the shop floor and contributing to service excellence
Taking initiatives to enhance overall boutique performance and client engagement
Sharing knowledge and supporting team collaboration on a day-to-day basis
Ensuring high standards of presentation, service and operational excellence within the boutique
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail or hospitality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong customer service orientation with a high level of attention to detail
Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to take ownership and actively contribute to a collaborative team environment
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment
