Job Description

The Client Care Scheduler is a vital member of the Endeavor Family, dedicated to our mission of enriching the lives of our clients, our staff, and the community. This role is the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our clients receive consistent, high-quality care by maintaining seamless scheduling for both clients and caregivers.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage all staffing logistics, including handling call-outs, shift adjustments, and new shift additions
  • Handle client and caregiver schedule change requests promptly to ensure continuity of care
  • Oversee and manage specialized concierge scheduling requirements
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to provide support outside of normal business hours
  • Answer incoming phones, providing direct assistance or dispatching calls to the appropriate team member
  • Monitor caregiver activities, including tracking driver activities via the Verizon Connect System
  • Review caregiver timesheets for accuracy before submitting them to the Director of Care Management (DCM)
