Join AES Hawthorn East as a Client Care Representative and be the compassionate first point of contact at our 24/7 emergency hospital. As the welcoming face of our hospital, you’ll support clients and their pets during times of critical need while working alongside a dedicated veterinary team.
Job Responsibility:
Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person
Coordinate patient admissions and discharges with accurate records
Support invoicing, payments, and general administration
Assist with client follow-ups and promotional activities
Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
Participate in team meetings and training initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a client service or administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Nice to have:
Veterinary experience
