Job Description:

Join AES Jindalee as a Client Care Representative and be the compassionate first point of contact at our after-hours Veterinary emergency hospital. As the welcoming face of our hospital, you’ll support clients and their pets during times of critical need while working alongside a dedicated veterinary team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinate patient admissions and discharges with accurate records
  • Support invoicing, payments, and general administration
  • Assist with client follow-ups and promotional activities
  • Communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
  • Participate in team meetings and training initiatives

Requirements:

  • Experience in a client service or administrative role ideally in the veterinary industry
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High emotional intelligence and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • IT Proficiency
  • Availability to work a variety of early morning, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
