Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinating and updating client schedules, services, and caregiver assignments while ensuring accuracy in documentation, billing, and payroll
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, service concerns, and incident reporting, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and resolution
  • Supporting caregiver performance through coaching, documentation, time-off coordination, and collaboration with HR on corrective actions when needed
  • Monitoring daily service delivery to ensure caregivers arrive, complete assignments, and remain compliant with regulatory, contractual, and company standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support client and caregiver retention initiatives, streamline workflows, and ensure consistent, high-quality care experience

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Experience in home care, health services, or a related client-facing role (preferred)
  • Ability to manage complex scheduling operations and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Familiarity with home care scheduling systems and strong documentation, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to HIPAA and organizational standards
