Client Care Coordinator

• Collaborate with the industrial team to manage landlord and occupier leasing projects
• Create and update marketing materials using Adobe InDesign to support client needs
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in contract management and administrative tasks
• Provide day-to-day support to brokers and team members, addressing their operational requirements
• Conduct research and compile reports to assist in decision-making processes
• Maintain organized records and documentation for client contracts and marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Assist in the development of strategies to enhance client satisfaction
• Handle multiple tasks independently while maintaining a high level of detail and quality

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and the Microsoft Office Suite
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices
• Familiarity with commercial real estate is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
