A growing and reputable wealth management firm is seeking a Client Associate to support advisory teams and deliver a high‑touch experience to high‑net‑worth clients. This role blends client service, operational support, relationship management, and light financial planning—perfect for someone who enjoys being client‑facing, detail‑oriented, and an integral part of a collaborative team.
Job Responsibility:
Serve as a main point of contact for client inquiries and service needs
Support onboarding, account opening, transfers, and maintenance
Assist with financial planning data gathering and meeting preparation
Attend client meetings and help prepare or present supporting materials
Manage life‑event updates and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date client information
Process cashiering requests (wires, journals, deposits, redemptions)
Handle subscription documents, cash management, and RMD support
Reconcile daily transactions and account activity for accuracy
Maintain compliant, organized client records and documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and client correspondence
Support internal projects, marketing efforts, and client events
Provide general administrative support to the advisory team
Participate in compliance and continuing‑education activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Supporting high‑net‑worth clients at a CPA firm (tax experience a plus)
Serving as a Client Associate at an RIA, broker‑dealer, or major custodian (Schwab, Fidelity, etc.)
Solid understanding of investment products, account types, and basic regulatory requirements
Prior client service experience within financial services strongly preferred
Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain)
Series 7/66 also valued
Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and financial planning software (eMoney a plus)
