Job Description

For our Client (Leading Global Investment Banking, Securities and Investment Management Firm) we are actively looking for Client Assets Analyst.

Job Responsibility

  • Working on enhancing and maintaining current CASS risk assessment and checking framework across all FCA regulated entities
  • Actively managing Clients' money for EMEA Client Assets entities
  • Daily monitoring of custody short fall for EMEA Client Assets entities
  • Mediating with different CASS community teams on inputs to daily calculations & managing escalations
  • Involvement in CASS breach management, remediation & reporting to the FCA
  • Consulting with Legal, Compliance and Operations management on Client Assets issues

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in Asset Servicing with bachelor's degree
  • Excellent English skills both written/verbal
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate easily with other regional and global teams
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to understand complex workflow
  • Strong knowledge of Assets, Fund industry, especially Derivatives

  • Responsible to perform independent Client Onboarding KYC due diligence functions of new and existing clients across a variety of teams including private bankers, operations and compliance
  • To review clients' profiles and work with banker team to fulfill onboarding requirement, full compliance of Bank’s AML/KYC standards, local laws and regulations
