The Client Architect is Rezolve's customer-facing solution architect responsible for owning the customer-specific solution architecture from qualified pre-sales through delivery, acceptance, and handover. The role ensures that customer solutions are technically sound, aligned with Rezolve products and platform standards, commercially realistic, and executable by Client Delivery Teams (CDTs). The Client Architect provides the architectural leadership, continuity, and technical governance required to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Job Responsibility
Own the customer-specific solution architecture throughout the engagement lifecycle
Understand customer business objectives, technical requirements, constraints, and success criteria
Map customer requirements to Rezolve products and capabilities
Ensure architectural decisions, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and constraints are documented and traceable
Participate in technical discovery and solution shaping activities
Assess solution feasibility and identify technical risks
Provide technical input for proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs)
Define high-level architectures, integrations, security, hosting, and operational considerations
Ensure proposed solutions are realistic, deliverable, and aligned with customer expectations
Act as the primary architectural advisor to Client Delivery Teams
Communicate architectural intent, scope, assumptions, and design rationale
Support delivery planning and implementation decisions
Review material design changes and ensure continued alignment with agreed architecture
Resolve technical ambiguity and support customer-facing technical discussions
Escalate architectural, platform, security, or delivery risks when required
Support technical acceptance criteria definition and validation
Participate in go-live readiness reviews
Ensure final architecture documentation is complete and available
Support transition to Operations, SRE, Support, and Customer Success teams
Capture lessons learned and reusable architectural patterns
Provide architectural guidance, solution context, technical clarification, and decision support throughout implementation
Work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Product Management, Platform Engineering, Security, SRE, Operations, and Delivery Leadership to ensure successful solution outcomes
Requirements
10 to 15 Yrs Experience
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts (relevant to enterprise commerce)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (preferred, given partnerships), including hosting, scalability, resilience, security, and operational models
Familiarity with other clouds (AWS/GCP) is a plus
Integration and API expertise
Proven ability to design and implement integrations with customer eCommerce platforms, legacy systems, payment gateways, CRM/ERP (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce), and third-party services using RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and standard protocols
Architecture patterns
Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, scalable distributed architectures, high-availability designs, security/compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, data privacy), and non-functional requirements (performance, resilience, observability)
Modern tech stack familiarity
Backend: Java/Spring Boot or equivalent enterprise frameworks
Frontend/Integration layers: React/Angular or similar for customer-facing components
Databases: SQL and NoSQL solutions for commerce data
DevOps/Operations: CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring tools, and collaboration with SRE/Platform teams
Pre-sales and solution design tools
Proficiency in creating architecture diagrams (e.g., using Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Visio), high-level designs, integration maps, and technical documentation
Security and compliance
Knowledge of enterprise security practices, data protection, identity management, and regulatory requirements in retail/eCommerce
