Client Affairs Visiting Officer

• Carrying out statutory visits to clients in residential care homes, supported living placements, and private residences
• Conducting protection of property visits, ensuring unoccupied properties are secure and well-maintained
• Writing visit reports, processing financial paperwork and valuable items, and organising future visits

• Experience of working with vulnerable adults, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
• Highly organised approach, with the ability to efficiently manage their own workload
• Strong IT skills to navigate digital records and documentation effectively
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with clients and professionals alike

Level 3 vocational qualification
