Job Description

Indiana Farmers Insurance is currently looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to be the next Client Advocate to join our Client Communities Team. The right candidate will have a strong desire, sense of urgency and the effective interpersonal communication skills necessary to help resolve customer inquiries and provide the ultimate customer experience!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • additional customer service experience or training, required
  • Completing initial new claims setup
  • processing one-contact claims
  • providing guidance for repair facilities
  • coordinating rental reservations
  • and ensuring the seamless transfer of more complex inquiries to the appropriate individuals
  • Receiving and processing payment-related inquiries via telephone and/or guiding policyholders through the online payment process
  • Actively engaging policyholders and agents through surveys and digital platforms to gather information, strengthen relationships, and enhance the overall service experience
  • Processing simple policyholder change requests
  • Entering data accurately within various systems
  • Desire to increase knowledge, learn new systems and adopt new tools to enhance overall job performance
  • Flexibility in work schedule with the ability to work outside of normal office hours
