Job Description

Quintet Private Bank is a leading private bank in the wealth management sector. As a Client Advisor you will be responsible for building an optimal and appropriate client service and experience, with the aim of achieving the objectives and expectations of the client families we serve.

Job Responsibility

  • Building an optimal and appropriate client service and experience
  • Acting as a holistic client advisor, leveraging the Quintet value proposition across services such as investments, financial planning, estate planning and lending
  • Protecting and growing the client's wealth while making an active contribution to acquire new clients and increase share of wallet of existing clients
  • Developing and maintaining sustainable relationships with clients
  • Continuously identify and create new leads through effective use of own network
  • Deliver high competing acquisition speeches and cross-pitch Quintet value proposition
  • Developing outstanding understanding of client family situation, financial position, investment objectives and risk profile
  • Actively mobilise right investment, financial and wealth planning or lending specialists
  • Advise on choice of investment strategy, design, and composition of investment portfolios
  • Act as 1st line of defence risk manager
  • Ensure clients are in line with Group Strategy & Risk Appetite
  • Ensure all operations affecting clients carried out in accordance with regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

  • Extensive Experience in a commercial, banking or financial environment
  • Knowledge of general banking laws and regulations, markets regulations and compliance procedures regarding investment advice to clients
  • Knowledge or order and execution process, hiring and on giving orders for securities and for trading and investing products and services
  • Proficient use of MS Office
  • Affinity with AI tools and applications (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot), combined with a general interest in emerging technologies and the ability to identify opportunities to leverage AI in your area of work.
