Job Responsibility
Act and think first of the client and their experience
Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
Create a long-term authentic bond with clients
Deal effectively with customer complaints
Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor
Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments
Prove Brand and product knowledge
Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free
Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard
Contribute to ensure a high level of security
Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways
Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships
Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires
Requirements
Previous experience in sales roles
Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus
Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset
Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
Strong communication skills
Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus
