Job Responsibility

  • Act and think first of the client and their experience
  • Welcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times
  • Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions
  • Create a long-term authentic bond with clients
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor
  • Be proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments
  • Prove Brand and product knowledge
  • Manage payment operations including return, refund, remote sales, tax-free
  • Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard
  • Contribute to ensure a high level of security
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales roles
  • Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus
  • Passionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity
  • Strong communication skills
  • Willingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus
  • Digitally aware and open to new ways of working
