Job Responsibility:
Raise awareness about Company's services and solutions by proactively reaching out to potential clients and intermediary partners
Conduct research and prepare impactful meetings with potential introducers, intermediary partners, and client prospects/leads
Provide expert advice on residency & naturalization planning to help clients achieve their objectives
Qualify prospects and perform initial due-diligence checks to assess suitability and mitigate operational risks
Collaborate with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deliver a premier client experience throughout the sales journey
Achieve a high success rate in converting sales leads into Company clients
Meet and exceed annual sales targets for assigned jurisdictions
Actively expand the existing contact database to identify new opportunities for value creation
Maintain a high level of industry and program knowledge to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects
Keep detailed and effective notes on prospect and customer interactions using our CRM system
Act as a positive representative of Company and our brand at industry events and conferences
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or related disciplines
+5 years of customer-facing sales experience in commercial banking, corporate banking, private banking, wealth management
Confident in acquiring new customers
Likes to work with bonus system
Knowledge and experience with HNWIs is highly appreciated
Strong networks for business development
Exceptional communication skills to engage with industry stakeholders - full English proficiency is required. (writing and speaking)
Collaborative approach to build positive relationships and influence others
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including tact and diplomacy
Strong research and strategic analysis skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to gather data and provide accurate client analysis for tailored solutions
