In this role, you'll be at the heart of client relationships - managing day-to-day needs, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting Financial Consultants to provide exceptional service. Job Responsibility

  • Handle client enquiries professionally and manage cases through to completion
  • Maintain accurate records, ensure FCA compliance, and liaise with providers for smooth processes
  • Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
  • Support consultants with clear communication and assist with office procedures, post handling, and meeting arrangements
  • Contribute to a welcoming environment, including preparing refreshments when needed
