Job Responsibility:
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Needs Assessment & Analysis: Proactively engage with clients to deeply understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements
Solution Development & Presentation: Design and develop tailored solutions, leveraging our products/services, to address specific client needs. Clearly and effectively present these solutions to clients
Implementation & Onboarding (if applicable): Guide clients through the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and quick time-to-value
Technical Expertise & Support (adjust based on role seniority/focus): Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our [products/services/platform]. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including Sales and Support, to ensure a seamless client experience and to provide feedback for product/service improvement
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key client success metrics, identify areas for improvement, and proactively suggest ways to enhance client outcomes and satisfaction
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, solutions, and progress. Prepare reports on client status and solution effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in [relevant field - e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology] or equivalent practical client solution or sales experience
1 years of experience in a client-facing role, such as Client Solutions, Account Management, Sales Engineering, Technical Account Management, Business Analysis
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships, developing and implementing solutions, achieving client retention or growth targets and closing deals with corporate clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset
Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Nice to have:
Experience in in contracting sales or HR solutions but other industry is open as well
