Job Responsibility:
Keeping the team running smoothly with top-notch admin support
carrying out credit and reference checks for prospective tenants
managing records, month-end processes, and general admin with precision
processing payments to clients and contractors
handling rent arrears and communicating with landlords and tenants
allocating payments and managing invoices with accuracy
managing deposit allocations and returns in line with regulations
Requirements:
Proven admin and finance experience
a sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills
excellent communication-you're confident on the phone and great with people
a proactive mindset-you take initiative and solve problems with ease
experience with Sage or Xero is a bonus
