Client Accounting Services Manager

• Management of accounts to include the delivery of services to multiple client accounts
• Maintain departmental calendar of client closes and monitor projects to ensure they are performed on time with assigned team members
• Review monthly closes to ensure consistency in delivery and on-time delivery of data to clients
• Review and present monthly/ quarterly deliverables to clients
• including customized analysis, budgeting, and forecasting reports
• Provide advisory services to a range of Clients, including non-profits
• Actively participate in creating and implementing solutions to resolve client, staff, and departmental concerns
• Develop and maintain strong client and staff relationships

• 5+ years of experience working directly with the management team of non-profits/ or small businesses
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP principles
• CMA, CGMA, or CPA is preferred
• High level of discipline and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Experience providing services in a virtual environment
• Strong cloud-based accounting software skills
