Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Client Account Specialist (CAS) to be the heartbeat of our client operations. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients, designers, and production teams to ensure every project is executed flawlessly from the initial quote to final installation. If you love solving problems, managing details, and building long-lasting client relationships, this role is for you.

Job Responsibility

  • Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, walk-ins, and inbound calls
  • Project Coordination: Manage projects from start to finish. Track timelines, coordinate with the design/production teams, and ensure promised deadlines are met
  • Estimating & Administration: Prepare accurate quotes, work orders, and invoices using our sign management software
  • Permitting & Compliance: Coordinate with local city municipalities (e.g., Louisville Metro or surrounding counties) to process sign permits and ensure compliance with local zoning codes
  • Account Growth: Nurture existing client relationships and identify opportunities to help them with future branding needs

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in account management, project coordination, inside sales, or customer service
  • Sign industry, large-format printing, or permit-processing experience is a huge plus
  • Organization: Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines without breaking a sweat
  • Attitude: A creative mindset, positive outlook, and exceptional communication skills
