Job Responsibility:
Manage and support a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts
Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
Enter and review orders for accuracy and timelines
Prepare quotes and support customer projects
Troubleshoot customer needs and coordinate with internal teams
Handle 75–100 emails & ~10 calls daily
Navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Communicate updates professionally — including when delivering tough news
Requirements:
Customer-oriented professionals who enjoy relationship-building
Individuals with experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or inside sales (preferred, not required)
Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone
Detail-focused multitaskers who stay calm under pressure
Team-oriented people with a positive, proactive attitude
Dependable, accurate, and organized individuals
Associate degree preferred
however, experienced candidates without a degree will be considered
Nice to have:
