We’re looking for a commercially driven Client Account Manager to join the NHS Supply Chain: Food team. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll partner with NHS Trusts to drive value, deliver savings, and grow managed spend across your portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key role in strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the NHS benefits from best-in-class procurement solutions.
Job Responsibility
Build and manage strong relationships with NHS stakeholders to drive growth and savings
Identify opportunities through analysis of spend, purchasing trends, and risk
Develop and maintain a pipeline of activity to deliver against KPIs and targets
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service improvements and meet client needs
Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and communication of account activity
Requirements
Proven track record of delivering commercial growth and achieving targets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Confident communicator with strong influencing ability
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
Full UK driving licence
Nice to have
Background in food, hospitality, or FMCG
Experience within procurement or managed service environments
