A Client Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing projects, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, leadership, and internal teams. This role acts as a bridge to ensure all projects are delivered on time, aligned with client expectations, and meet defined KPIs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in communication, and capable of handling multiple client accounts simultaneously. You will be responsible for project onboarding, reporting, and maintaining clarity across all stakeholders while working closely with marketing teams. This role requires a strong balance of client handling, project management, and analytical thinking to drive performance and long-term client satisfaction, especially while working in a fast-paced, US-aligned environment.
Job Responsibility:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end communication
Understand client services, goals, KPIs, and key stakeholders
Participate in client meetings and define clear next steps
Share regular project updates via email and meetings
Collect and manage client feedback on deliverables such as content, graphics, and videos
Manage marketing projects from onboarding to execution
Coordinate between internal teams and clients to ensure smooth workflow
Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Receive project knowledge transfer from senior leadership (Strategy Head / Director)
Clearly communicate project requirements and updates to the marketing team
Ensure internal teams understand client expectations and priorities
Handle onboarding of new clients and projects
Gather required access, brand assets, and documentation
Ensure projects are properly set up from the initial stage
Prepare weekly KPI reports for each client for internal leadership review
Use tools like Agency Analytics to generate performance reports
Explain monthly performance, progress, and next steps to clients
Communicate professionally through emails and meetings with clarity and confidence
Use tools like Ziflow for feedback and approval workflows
Follow up proactively with clients and internal teams to ensure progress
Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Support internal coordination and align deliverables with client expectations
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven experience in client communication and account management
Good understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content, social media, etc.)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
Experience in reporting and presenting performance insights to clients
Proactive, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset
Ability to confidently handle client meetings and discussions
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Experience with tools like Agency Analytics, Teamwork.com, and Ziflow or similar platforms
Ability to document processes and transfer knowledge clearly to teams
Basic understanding of website and marketing deliverables
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Nice to have:
Experience working with marketing agencies or US-based clients is a plus
Knowledge of AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity is an added advantage
