We’re partnering with a high-growth Insurtech with a cutting-edge Agentic AI offering to completely transform Insurance workflows. Following impressive success in the UK market, they are looking to hire an experienced Insurtech Account Manager to take ownership of an assigned portfolio of UK insurance clients. This role will suit a commercially minded relationship leader who thrives on managing multiple enterprise accounts, driving value, and building long-term partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop a portfolio of insurance clients across the UK
Build strong, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Drive account growth through strategic planning, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Lead client governance, service reviews, and executive-level engagement
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success
UK travel (40–50%) to maintain strong client relationships
Requirements:
6+ years’ experience with a focus on Insurance technology
Established background in Insurance account management, client leadership and strategic relationship management - essential
Experience working at Enterprise solutions level within commercial and ideally London Market
Proven ability to manage multiple large accounts simultaneously
Commercially driven, with a track record of growing revenue within existing clients
Confident, credible and consultative approach in engaging with senior stakeholders
