We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven professional to join our Client Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong client partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving long-term business growth through effective account management strategies.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, serving as their main point of contact
Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth, upselling, and cross-selling
Prepare and present reports, performance reviews, and strategic recommendations to clients
Handle client inquiries, issues, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Support contract negotiations, renewals, and account planning activities
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on client strategies
Contribute to continuous improvement of client experience and service delivery processes
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales roles
Experience working with CRM systems and account management tools
Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles
Experience in managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
