You'll enjoy a work week of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. The salary ranges from £22,500 - £23,000, dependent on experience.
Job Responsibility:
Accounts & Property Support Team is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations for our letting business to ensure all rent payments are collected and paid to our clients
the department undertakes several supplementary property support processes
This is a highly varied role where you will be responsible for overseeing various activities throughout the office
managing a range of property management tasks including maintaining customer service levels through managing the enquiries that come in from landlords and tenants
Processing invoices received from third party contractors
Processing bills from local authorities and utility suppliers
Dealing with landlord, tenant, and contractor queries
Other payment processing
Assisting with Ad hoc data entry tasks
Requirements:
Ideally 1 years Property Management Experience but not essential
Friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
Able to provide excellent customer service
Great oral and written communications skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong administrative and organizational skills
IT proficient
You might have the current legal right to work in the UK without restrictions
