Click and Collect Assistant

• Handle orders to both customers and delivery team including handing goods out and processing returned orders
• Deliver great customer service in customer-facing environment
• Manually handle all products ranging from small to large items
• Work with or around heavy machinery such as Forklift trucks
• Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed

• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential
• Motivation to make things happen in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and handheld devices
• Great problem solving skills using initiative
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload swiftly with attention to detail
• Adaptable enabling switching between different tasks/areas
• Proactive mindset and use initiative to complete tasks efficiently
• Process-driven with a keen eye for detail
