Job Description:

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, efficient administrator with excellent communication skills to support our Management Committee. The Clerk will have a knowledge of effective governance practice and will advise the Management Committee on all procedural and constitutional matters, manage memberships, administer meetings, and maintain appropriate records. There are 4 Management Committee and 9 Sub-committee meetings per year, which are scheduled each September for the year ahead. Meetings are typically held in the late afternoon / early evening. Other working hours are scheduled at the Clerk’s discretion.
