Job Description:

Our inside sales team ensures that our customers receive optimal support at all times. We act as the central interface between our customers and internal departments. In addition to close communication with the sales department, we are also in regular contact with the development department to clarify technical questions quickly and reliably.

Job Responsibility:

  • Classification and response to technical and commercial customer inquiries
  • Provision of initial consultations
  • Support of sales, including preparing quotations and following up on open quotations
  • Takeover of administrative tasks and provision direct customer support as needed
  • Application and configuration of the sales tools (e.g., ERP/CRM systems)
  • Coordination of sales-related processes with other departments
  • Active participation in the establishment and optimization of sales processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in industrial engineering or a comparable degree in economics or engineering
  • Fundamental understanding of economic relationships
  • High level of customer and service orientation
  • Structured and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
