Job Responsibility:

Process guest check-ins by confirming reservations and assigning rooms
Process payment types such as charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit
Handle guest check-outs including resolving late and disputed charges
Answer guest calls, messages, requests, and questions
Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness
Communicate parking procedures to guests and dispatch staff as needed
Provide directions and information about the property and local attractions
Run daily reports on arrivals, departures, and special requests
Complete cashier and closing reports
Count, balance, and drop receipts according to accounting requirements
Follow company safety and security policies
Welcome and address guests by company standards
Maintain a clean and professional appearance
Speak using clear and professional language
Develop positive working relationships
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 10 pounds
Perform duties as requested by Supervisors

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

No supervisory experience
