Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures
Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls
Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner
Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs
Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to lower level staff as mentor
Provides assistance, training and troubleshooting support to lower level staff as mentor
Schedules work to ensure accurate phone coverage

6 month of high volume call center experience
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume area
Candidate must be available to work between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm
Scheduling is based on the need of the call center
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read, write, and understand English and/or Spanish
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages

Job Responsibility
