Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Accurately process customer credit applications with efficiency
Maintain current and accurate customer credit records
Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
Compile and analyze customer revenue data with the support of experienced team members
Ensure accuracy of customer invoices and their timely delivery
Execute data integrity checks on customer accounts before billing
Create and revise manual invoices as required
Research and resolve any issues related to customer billing adjustments
Process customer refund requests promptly
Work closely with team members to learn how to research and resolve customer credit balances
Adhere to all SOX required controls

Requirements:

Proficiency in Customer Service
Must have experience with Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in Training is beneficial
Ability to Invoice and perform Research tasks efficiently
Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential
Experience in Supervising is an advantage
Familiarity with About Time software is a plus
Understanding of Finance and Billing is necessary
Experience with Check Processing is valued
Knowledge of Revenue Accounting is important
Strong Communication Skills are required
Ability to Execute tasks and projects efficiently
Skills in Research Analysis are beneficial
Experience with Adjustments is appreciated
10 Key Skills are necessary
Ability to manage Customer Accounts efficiently
Experience with handling Refund Requests is valued
Proficiency in general Computer Skills is necessary
Familiarity with Validation Plans is beneficial
Experience with Customer Invoices is appreciated
Ability to maintain Data Integrity is necessary
Knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley is a plus
