Job Description:

Performs clerical duties in support of Service Center Operations. Provides information as needed to Service Center staff and management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Receive parts ordered from vendors into Service Management Software System
  • Manage part and merchandise returns to vendors
  • Conduct physical inventories of parts and merchandise
  • Maintain files of invoices and shipment tracking documents
  • Communicate repair status and answer questions from customers
  • Other tasks as directed by management

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs independently and greater than 30 lbs with assistance
