Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Manage correspondence (email, telephone, post)
  • Maintain accurate filing and record systems (electronic and paper)
  • Perform data entry and update internal databases
  • Prepare routine documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Schedule meetings and maintain diaries
