Job Description:

The role requires someone who works well as part of an established team, is comfortable taking direction, and is happy to share an equal workload within a structured environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Making and booking patient appointments accurately using the practice system
  • Answering telephone queries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing and amending appointment times on the system as required
  • Responding to patient queries efficiently and appropriately
  • Maintaining accurate patient records in line with practice procedures
  • Using practice office systems effectively and consistently
  • Supporting the wider administrative team as required
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within office systems in a practice or healthcare setting
