Job Responsibility
Help with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
Answer phones, route calls, and respond to basic emails
File, scan, copy, and organize documents
Enter and update information accurately
Assist with scheduling, calendars, and meeting preparation
Maintain office supplies and support general office organization
Pitch in wherever needed to help the team succeed
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and people skills
Comfort with office technology and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Dependable, positive, and eager to learn
Previous clerical or office experience is helpful, but not required
