This is a junior-level role that plays a key part in maintaining business continuity during a period of high demand. You will provide essential administrative support, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage shared inboxes and respond to queries in a timely manner Provide general administrative support, including record keeping and meeting coordination Support day-to-day business processes and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time Carry out data entry, tracking, and reporting using internal systems and spreadsheets Liaise with internal stakeholders to chase actions and collate information Maintain logs and documentation to support team activities Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as required Skills and Experience Required Essential Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good organisational and time management abilities Excellent communication skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Confident using digital systems and learning new processes Previous administrative experience Desirable Customer service experience Candidates without direct admin experience may still be considered if they demonstrate strong Microsoft Office skills and a willingness to learn.
