Job Description

To provide support for the effective handling of complaints about Ofsted's inspections and outcomes.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor and track complaints cases to identify blockers to the achievement of targets and quality review all complaint outcome letters before dispatch
  • Managing own caseload of between 30 to 40 cases
  • Draft and send standardised acknowledgement letters for each complaint
  • Proof-reading the outcome letters, ensuring all are grammatically correct
  • Use of the Dynamics system
  • Monitoring of the complaint's inbox, reading all emails, responding or redirecting to the relevant officers
  • Support the invoice reconciliation process
  • Support team members with general administration duties, as required
  • Prioritising deadlines

Requirements

  • Confident in the use of Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail especially with spelling and grammar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work to deadlines and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Comfortable liaising with all staff
  • Similar office experience
  • Must be able to pass a clear Standard DBS check
  • Must provide proof of Right to Work in the UK
