Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and lead process discovery and requirement workshops with customer sponsors and key stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure strategic alignment between business objectives and solution design
  • Partner with technical resources to deliver and facilitate workshops (in person or virtually), clearly communicate process recommendations, and manage stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
