Cleanroom Superintendent

• Provide day-to-day leadership to direct materials, equipment, and installers
• Input on estimates, schedules and quality control during pre-construction and construction
• Ensure best practices in field operations to guarantee timely completion, quality control and project success
• Responsible for meeting or improving project schedules
• Conducts necessary meetings with customer for project review and ensures meetings are documented
• Responsible for on-site quality control, fit and finish
• Manages and coordinates subcontractor activities on site
• Conducts weekly/daily job safety meetings
• Tracks subcontractor labor through daily sign in sheets
• Develops punch lists with customer
• Responsible for drawing mark-up for as-built drawings
• Solves coordination and construction problems in the field
• Submit daily and weekly job reports
• Update project schedules, weekly

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written using MS Office suite
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel for extended periods of time, as required
• Knowledge of HVAC is preferred
• Can demonstrate knowledge of construction process and job coordination by job-related experience
• Travel as necessary
• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least four years of job experience as a Construction Project Superintendent
