Job Description:

As a Cleanroom Operator you will perform tasks to ensure OLED material is being produced in a safe manor and at high quality to be used by our customers in OLED manufacturing. You will work within a cleanroom environment to process (OLED) Organic Light Emitting Diode material. You will operate vacuum equipment, load raw materials and unload finished good material, and associated equipment. You will be in a manufacturing role and will report to the Production Supervisor at the Monroeville R&D center.

Job Responsibility:

  • Follow (SOP) Standard operating procedures and (BOI) Batch Operating Instructions
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and report any safety issues
  • Operate and monitor vacuum equipment in a cleanroom environment producing products used in the manufacturing of OLED screens
  • Perform visual quality inspections
  • Package finished goods and support shipments to the customer
  • Report processing problems
  • Support R&D experiments and report findings to R&D engineers
  • Keep a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • HS diploma is required
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Or AS/BS degree in a technical field such as engineering, chemistry, engineering technology, manufacturing, or similar
  • Proficient computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel or similar/equivalent Google software
  • Strong attention to detail to record information into ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, JDEdwards or other databases
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
