Job Description

The Cleanroom Fill Lead is responsible for overseeing operations within the cleanroom as well as performing cleanroom technician responsibilities. Personnel will ensure all cleanroom records comply with regulatory requirements, good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate techs to ensure adherence to manufacturing schedule
  • Ensuring scheduled cleanings in the cleanroom are performed as required
  • Maintain proper inventory control in the cleanroom
  • Preparing sterile products per applicable batch records
  • Performing environmental monitoring in the cleanroom as needed
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring it is within calibration
  • Informing supervisors of problems that may arise
  • Stocking the cleanroom with supplies and chemicals
  • Ensuring that strict procedures are used in and around the cleanroom facility
  • Cleaning of the general shipping and receiving area
  • Coordinating with Manager to ensure a steady and efficient workflow is conducted
  • Coordinating with trainer to ensure personnel have proper training, in addition, lead cleanroom technician will assist in development of training materials
  • Ensure all cleanroom personnel are adhering to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
  • Cleanroom technician will be the point of contact for communication within the cleanroom
  • Personnel will help in development of Standard Operating Procedures and process improvements
  • Personnel will ensure cleanroom technicians are operating aseptically at all times.
