We’re looking for a dependable Cleaning Technician to help keep Citizen’s offices, sheltered housing, and communal residential areas clean, safe, and welcoming in Coventry. Citizen owns and manages 30,000 homes for diverse communities across the West Midlands, from urban tower blocks to rural villages and towns.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver high-quality cleaning services across a range of sites in Coventry
Clean communal areas, offices, and specialist housing
Carry out block inspections and dealing with hazards or spillages
Use a range of cleaning methods and equipment
Remove litter, refuse, and small-scale graffiti
Complete daily and weekly checks, including basic fire safety checks
Report repairs, damage, and larger waste issues
Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements:
Previous cleaning experience
A good understanding of basic health & safety
A reliable, professional approach
The ability to meet set standards and deadlines
A full driving licence and willingness to drive a small company van
