Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a team of cleaners, ensuring that all areas of the club meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. You will play a key role in managing the cleaning team, scheduling shifts, recruiting and training new staff, and coordinating with suppliers for specialised services. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role while contributing to maintaining a welcoming and pristine environment for our guests and members.

Job Responsibility

Managing the cleaning team to ensure all daily, weekly, and routine cleaning tasks are carried out in line with company standards
Inspecting the work of the cleaning team
Ensuring equipment is in top condition
Overseeing the team's schedule
Adjusting workloads as needed
Assisting with recruitment and training
Managing stock levels
Ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines
Enforcing the use of appropriate PPE
Being the point of contact for maintenance issues related to cleaning equipment and machinery
Ensuring all incidents, including health and safety concerns, are reported promptly
Taking responsibility for the safe and secure closing of the building at the end of each shift
Attending regular training sessions and team meetings

Requirements
