Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Supervisor to join our team in School cleaning. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for clients and staff alike. This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
  • Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
  • Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain a positive attitude while working independently or as part of a team

Requirements

  • Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Required experience, and qualifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to drive is preferred for travel between different job sites
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage cleaning tasks efficiently
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and reliability
  • reliable and experienced, with good leadership and organisational skills
  • School Cleaning : 1 year (preferred)
  • Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
  • Can you commute to this location?
