Job Description:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Cleaning Supervisor, working at site in Northampton, NN3 area. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and clean environment. We value teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to facility management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervision of Cleaning Staff: Oversee the daily activities of cleaning personnel, assigning tasks and ensuring that cleaning duties are performed to the highest standards
  • Training and Development: Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess cleaning quality and ensure compliance with established standards
  • Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient cleaning operations
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability
  • Customer Interaction: Address any customer complaints or issues regarding cleanliness, ensuring prompt resolution to maintain satisfaction
  • Reporting: Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, and incident reports, providing regular updates to management

Requirements:

  • Keen attention to detail to maintain consistent cleaning standards
  • Strong organizational skills for managing staff, schedules, and supplies
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and clients
  • Experience in supervising cleaning staff preferred
