We are seeking a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative Supervisor to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London. Working as part of our professional cleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 19:00 to 22:30 ( 17.5 Hours per week)

Job Responsibility:

Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards
Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks
Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively
Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your supervisor
Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope
Support colleagues and supervisors where needed to deliver an excellent service

Requirements:

A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
Reliability and punctuality
Ability to work as part of a team and follow clear instructions
Good English speaking and reading abilities

Nice to have:

Previous cleaning experience
