Job Description

A new exciting opportunity for a full-time site manager to join a leading Facilities Management company working with a prestigious client. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across a 5 out of 7 working patterns (including evenings and weekends) where flexibility is vital.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee day-to-day operations at the motorway services
  • Act as a point of contact between client, service providers, and site team
  • Monitor and report on service delivery standards and key performance indicators
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure all health, safety, and compliance requirements are met
  • Foster a positive working environment
  • Handle day-to-day employee relations matters
  • Respond promptly to customer concerns, service issues, or emergencies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers
  • Lead by example, coaching and supporting the team
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs
  • Promote best practices across the team
