A new exciting opportunity for a full-time site manager to join a leading Facilities Management company working with a prestigious client. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week across a 5 out of 7 working patterns (including evenings and weekends) where flexibility is vital.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee day-to-day operations at the motorway services
Act as a point of contact between client, service providers, and site team
Monitor and report on service delivery standards and key performance indicators
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure all health, safety, and compliance requirements are met
Foster a positive working environment
Handle day-to-day employee relations matters
Respond promptly to customer concerns, service issues, or emergencies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and service providers
Lead by example, coaching and supporting the team
Adapt to changing circumstances and customer needs
Promote best practices across the team
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills
Focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to manage a diverse team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Own transport to get to site for some 6am starts
