Job Description:

Excellerate Services UK is an award-winning quality driven contract cleaning & support services specialist with an innovative approach to delivering value-engineered Soft FM solutions to today’s-built environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate previous management experience with the ability to train staff.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in ensuring we are meeting our clients cleaning expectations whilst operating in a professional manner
  • Deliver a personable and reliable service to our clients
  • Contribute to the team and help promote our Company values
  • Be friendly, polite but assertive whilst always remaining professional

Requirements:

  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have a good understanding of written and spoken English due to health and Safety on sites
  • To ensure a high standard of personal hygiene is maintained at all times
  • Uniform provided and specified is worn with care being clean and ironed

Nice to have:

  • All round cleaning experience
  • Able to work on own initiative and manage own time
  • Able to communicate effectively to the clients, colleagues and management team
  • Good Knowledge of Health and safety and COSHH
  • High Standard of personal Hygiene and appearance
  • Ensure the Company’s Health and Safety and Environmental Policies are adhered to
  • To deal with any complaints / issues from customers immediately and report directly to your supervisor
  • To be flexible to work additional hours in order to cover holiday and sickness within the team
